What does this all mean?

Do I need to worry about this?

Consider the following;

Kentico is like software on Windows or your Smart Phone. You need to keep it updated at least to the last supported version so if you have problems you can get support.
New versions have all the security issues and bugs ironed out. Are you vulnerable to attack simply because you neglected to update?
New versions consider the life cycle and K2020 is a massive change to MVC. Is your current version supported by the vendor and WDM?
