Exciting times ahead

We have recently had a few changes to our in-house team that we would like to share with our valued clients.

We are pleased to introduce you to Thomas Robinson, who is taking over the role of Operations Manager for Web Design Magic from Marsha Graham. Earlier this year, Marsha made the decision to put full-time work on hold to spend more time with her young family.  Since her appointment to the company in May last year, Marsha has made a significant contribution to our company from a client perspective (having been one herself) and she has been instrumental in implementing our online Care Desk and contributed to many other projects.  We are pleased that she will continue to work with us on systems improvement and some projects behind the scenes.

Thomas is no stranger to Web Design Magic. He has 12 years' experience within the cloud hosting industry working for market leaders, so he brings with him a wealth of understanding around businesses engaging their customers in the digital landscape. His comprehensive commercial experience and long-standing passion for excellent customer service are just two of the many reasons that we are pleased to welcome Thomas to the team and have him come on board.

Late last year our Customer Care department was revamped and hosts a new, streamlined support process using a new ticketing Care Desk system and is managed by Kymberley Martin.

Recently we also restructured our team and Andrew White and Kristian Bortnik were appointed as Heads of Design and Development respectively.
